One of the most interesting sections of the CPF, that of the Adespoti Fragments begun in 2019, comes to completion with this second tome. The chronological distribution of the fragments extends from the third century BC to the sixth century AD. Many philosophical schools are represented, from the Socratics to the Stoics and Epicureans, from the Medo-Platonists to the Christian Neoplatonists. Annotated editions of little known texts or the object of new interpretations are offered, together with their photographic reproductions.
