Omaggio a Leonardo
per cinque secoli di storia (1519-2019)

This volume presents the proceedings of the lecture series Leonardo 1519-2019. Appuntamenti d’autore della Biblioteca leonardiana per cinque secoli di storia, held in Vinci in 2019 on the occasion of the fifth centenary of Leonardo’s death. The opening essay introduces the year of celebrations with a reflection on the two centennial anniversaries of the last century (1919, 1952). It is followed by contributions on the work of Leonardo da Vinci from different points of view that hinge on the multidisciplinary nature of Leonardo's production.
