Catalogue of the exhibition including a selection of eighty-five of Italo Cremona’s drawings and prints: the “Subalpin Vulture”, quoting an expression coined by Roberto Longhi for this intelligent, anxious, visionary, melancholy artist from Lombardy-Piedmont. Cremona is not a playful, joking artist: a swirling vortex of gloomy thoughts is constantly perceived, even when sensuality, often abounding in the exuberant and fantastic shapes of his weapons, seems to triumph.
