The high quality and beauty of some of the more significant sheets in the collections of 19th century drawings, the lesser known artistic heritage of Turin‚s Modern Art Gallery, can be appreciated now for the first time. These two volumes present the results of a ten-year long scientific study, carried out using innovative methods and technologies, bringing to light the story of the collections and describing the characteristic features of roughly four hundred drawings and watercolours.
