- About this book
This volume faces a series of textual and exegetic problems connected to Greek philosophers from various periods and walks of life and concentrates mainly on two ideas, one relating to archaic thought, the other to the period from Socrates to proto-Hellenistic thought. Considering these problems in the entirety of their philosophical, literary, historical and critical-textual aspects the author obtains remarkably original results as regards the previous exegetic tradition.
