The critical edition of the text, which is taken from the Archives of the Roman Inquisition in defence of the most widespread heterodox text of sixteenth century Italy, is placed alongside other unpublished works, such as «Meditationi» on St. Paul’s letter to the Romans, some letters hitherto unknown and the collection of Valdensian and Flaminian writings published in 1545 under the title «Modo che si dee tenere ne l’insegnare et predicare il principio della religione christiana».
