«Rivista di storia del diritto italiano» is the oldest Italian scholarly periodical on the history of Italian law. It boasts a wide range of collaborations - its Executive Board brings together tenured and non-tenured professors in the field - and a wealth of areas of interest, including studies in the history of law in their widest sense, from the Middle Ages to the contemporary age.
Now in its 95th year of activity, «Rivista di Storia del Diritto Italiano» is available now, in its first 2022 issue, with a new graphic layout designed by its new publisher, the prestigious Casa Editrice Leo S. Olschki.
The ‘Rivista’ has operated from different locations - from Città di Castello and Rome to Bologna, to Milan and Verona, to Turin and its province - but it has always remained true to itself.
Almost a century since its inception, the ‘Rivista’ remains true to itself and is further enriched by the invaluable contribution of the Olschki Publishing House, which is proud to present it here together with the Fondazione Sergio Mochi Onory per la Storia del Diritto Italiano.
