Un quadro europeo per la bioetica?

The first attempt towards a European outlook on the legislative policies concerning a complex and delicate matter that goes under the name of 'bioethics'. The implications of a biological, moral, philosophical and juridical nature that preside over the fields in which bioethics is expressed, find in Europe an original formulation that tends to express itself in principles that, if not unitary, are definitely not contradictory and are often very close and coherent amongst themselves.

Cosimo Marco Mazzoni, giurista, ha insegnato e ha svolto ricerche in varie università, italiane, soprattutto Siena, e straniere, soprattutto in Francia e negli Stati Uniti.
